Comments Welcome on Noise Pollution Amendments and Soliciting Ban Draft Legislation

Government House has graciously asked the Chamber for comments on the attached two drafts of legislation dealing with 1) amendments to the noise pollution ordinance outlining distances, decibels and hours and 2) draft legislation to regulate cavassing and solicitations on beaches and certain other locations.
